Telephone companies can be a headache for all of us. Their lack of ability to resolve conflicts that may arise with the difficulty of being able to speak to a manager or manager who will handle our complaints.

Many times, especially when contracting by phone, the clauses may not match those we were told over the phone. It is important to read the contract carefully before signing it (even if it is by SMS) or if it is only by phone to know exactly what we are contracting. <\/span><\/p>\n

When the bill arrives we find unpleasant surprises and it is that the price we agreed or contracted does not correspond to that on the bill. Many times we detect commissions on our receipts that we don’t know what they are for. When we ask our entity, they also don’t know how to give us a specific answer about the origin of this amount. Commissions that are not in the contract must be communicated to the consumer in advance in a reliable manner.
