BECOME A MEMBER

If you become a member (annual fee) of the UCC you will be able to:

• Use, whenever you need it, the information and consultation service on consumer issues, either to resolve doubts and obtain personalized advice, in writing, by telephone, via the Internet or in person after prior appointment with the lawyer or consumer technician.
• Be a beneficiary of the consumer defense service, consisting of the advice and processing of claims and complaints out of court and before the Consumer Arbitration Boards at a national, regional or local level, as well as the submission of complaints to the competent bodies.
• Receive communications, information, advice and learn about social movements related to the world of consumption. Includes all the information from the UCC to defend your rights and report scams, fraud and bad business practices.
• Participate and give your opinion in surveys, consumer issues, debates, market studies and conferences.
