Self-planning of vacations

Nowadays, more and more consumers are joining the trend of planning their own vacations, finding both transportation and accommodation at the destination. This option offers more flexibility and control over choices, allowing them to customize their vacations according to their tastes and budget. However, planning independently also brings certain challenges, such as finding reliable deals, managing cancellations or avoiding surprises with the conditions of the services contracted.

Vols

It is necessary to take into account the possible problems that may arise due to the new policies of airlines with luggage, or possible strikes that considerably reduce the flow of flights.

In the event that the flight suffers a delay compared to the initially scheduled times, consumers enjoy a series of rights:

Right to receive care.
Right to obtain reimbursement.
Right to compensation.

Accommodation

In the case of accommodation, we also need to be clear about our rights in order to be able to properly claim. The most common problems tend to arise from cancellation policies, as well as reservations or the state of the facilities.

Travel agencies

Despite going unnoticed due to the technological boom and the tools that the internet has given us to be able to search for our trip in a personalized way, many consumers continue to trust travel agencies to plan their stay in a certain country.

We will contract a combined trip with the agency, which will include transport, accommodation and other tourist services that are not ancillary to transport or accommodation and that constitute a significant part of the trip.

The combined travel contract must be drawn up in writing and must have a minimum content that establishes all the characteristics of the trip.
