Problems related to housing

Owning a home, whether owned or rented, can lead to a series of problems related to consumption that, in many cases, can be complicated to resolve due to a lack of knowledge or resources. When it comes to issues such as paying for supplies, price increases in services or conflicts with the real estate agent or bank, consumers can feel overwhelmed.

Of property

On the one hand, owned homes generally have an implicit bank mortgage with clauses that are unclear or difficult to understand. Insurance

If you have a rental contract, it can also lead to various problems with the real estate agency. Either because they do not comply with the conditions agreed in the contract or because they do not want to take responsibility for the damage to the home that belongs to them.
